  • What To Do If You Have Trouble Starting Your Webinar?

    Your computer's webcam and microphone can only be accessed by one program at a time. If you're video chatting on Skype, for example, you won't be able to simultaneously use Yondo for a live 1-to-1 session or webinar. To use your webcam and microphone with Yondo, you first need to close off access from the application that's currently using it.

  • Can You Attach Extra Content To Your Listings?

    You are able to attach multiple files of any type to each of your Live 1-to-1, Webinar and Video listings.

    For example, after you upload a video, you’re able to attach a PDF, MP4 video and a word doc to this video listing under the 'File attachment' section of the edit screen. Clients will not be able to download these three attachments until they have registered to rent this individual video or signed up for a monthly subscription to my entire video library.
